Please tell me you can make sugar free marshmallow cream.

I used to make a cool frosting with corn syrup and egg whites.

I would love to duplicate this without my blood sugar going through the roof.

I take a high powered blender and fill it with ice. I put a Tbs or two of heavy whipping cream in the blender with the ice. I take two packs of sf jello powder and add to 1 or two cups of boiling water and stir for a minute or two until jello powder has disappeared. I add to ice in blender and blend until ice is crushed.

I love this because it is filling and it takes care of my cravings for sweets.

Olive Garden Kopycat recipe:


.1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup corn syrup
2 1/2 tablespoons grated romano cheese
2 tablespoons dry pectin
2 tablespoons Egg Beaters egg substitute or 2 tablespoons beaten eggs
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 pinch dried oregano
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
1Combine all of the ingredients with a mixer on medium speed or in a blender on low speed for 30 seconds.
2Chill at least 1 hour.
3Serve over mixed greens.
