This is not a recipe, but it is a great found. OLE tortilla wrap. I found it at my supermarket (shopright), it has 5 g carbs and 12 g fiber. It tastes great with 2 different flavors, spinach & herbs or Tomatoes & basil.

I've studied these wraps and the 5 carb count is a "net count" so be sure to count each one as 5 net carbs in your daily intake.

Would you please explain! I was thinking that all I had to do was look at the carbs and mines the fiber. So in the case of these tortillas, I would thing they would be carbs negative!? Am I wrong??????
Thank you,
Debbie

No, you are correct BUT in this case the manufacturer has been less than truthfull in how they have listed the carbs and fiber, very deceptive. I found these a couple years ago and we eat them occasionally but when I found them the label didn't look right which caused me to research the product and it's labeling. It doesn't happen often but it does happen.
Ever hear the saying "if it's too good to be true then it probally is" ALWAYS check the ingredient list on the product. If you see items you know are ta-bu you'll know their trying to slip one past you. remember this, If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck and it looks like a duck, it's probally a duck :)
