Cookie Recipe Question
« on: March 13, 2014, 05:48:34 PM »
I looked through all the cookie recipes here but can't find what I'm looking for.  A plain cookie recipe made with almond flour that is thin, crisp and doesn't crumble.  Nothing fancy, no coconut, peanut butter or chocolate chips.  I hope such a recipe exists, and I'm sure it does, just need to locate it.

I have requested the cookbook.  I'm not too fond of ginger, but DH loves gingersnaps.  I have been experimenting with a crisp cinnamon cookie recipe, for now I'll keep trying.

I'd have to freeze them before Mary eats them all up, lol
