hi. doug i just recently read your Fat to Skinny book and in it it says we can eat PORK RINDS.. i was wondering if they can be pork rinds with picante flavor because on  the lable it says 0 carbs?.. and another question is, i love drinking mineral water with my  meals, is that ok? because they have no carbs or sugars.. or should i stick with water and diet cokes? thanks for all your help :)

YES you can enjoy both :) that's the beauty of the program...as long as you stay under 20 carbs per day you'll lose weight (http://www.fattoskinny.com/). The porkrinds you like and the mineral water both contain 0 carbs so enjoy the heck out of them. Here's a tip for you, grind up the pork rinds in the food processor to a powdery consistency for flour. You can use it as a fry coating for chicken, fish and pork.
