Quick Sugar-Free Cream Cheese fluff dessert
For a quick treat try this recipe.
8 oz. of 0 or low carb Cream Cheese softened
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 pkg of flavored sugar free jello (I used peach this time)
Whip the heaving whipping cream until thickens and fluffy then begin adding in sugar free jello a little at a time.
Beat in the cream cheese on low at first then on high to get a whipped texture.
Chill in the freezer for about .30 min then store in refrigerator.
Spoon out into small serving bowl and top or layer with your favorite fruit or eat alone.

Yummy! :)

OH this sounds delicious! I can't wait to try it. I love the versatility of it too. Using the jello means lots of different flavors are available.
-
I use jello to flavor my tarts and cheesecakes. The recipes will be in the new cookbook ;)

;D Made this last night using raspberry SF jello...brought with me to work today for my lunch....YUM YUM So good. So sweet, its hard to believe that it is sugar free and carb friendly! This is going to be a regular recipe in my weekly meal planning. Thank you so much izzet for sharing it with us! again...YUM YUM!

Izzet, could you share your brand of cream cheese and the carb count. I found a 0 carb heavy whipping cream at Walmart this week made by Coburg (I am in SC). I was elated to find that, but am having trouble finding low carb cream cheese. This sound wonderful. Thanks for sharing.

I made this last night to snack on during my detox. I used strawberry jello. It is really good. If you haven't tried this recipe you should.
-
It would be nice to have a zero carb desert, but we don't have zero carb cream cheese or zero carb cream or zero carb sf jelly. POO poo poo
-
You could make meringue cookies Morgan! Crunchy yummy goodness :)

This is similar to Katary's "Better Than Yogurt" recipe (see his video here: http://www.fattoskinny.net/index.php?topic=883.0 (http://www.fattoskinny.net/index.php?topic=883.0) ) He used whipping cream, cream cheese and Walden Farms SF dip. I have made this with the chocolate (like mousse), strawberry and blueberry dips. I am going to make this recipe tonight. I think I have sf jello in the house.

I have made both of the above one and just made this tonight and all I can say is yummy! This will def be made again!
