Accountability, If we where to start a workout/walking accountability group check in and get to it. Kick me in my arse!! OK virtually at least. Just a thought.

The greatest part about being the author of weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) books is the realization that I can NEVER allow myself to ever get FAT again :) I suggest you start the group and you'll find yourself in the same position :) Start it as a topic, I'll sticky it so it doesn't get lost and lets see where it leads us.

yup phil...i'll join:) and hey just to be clear,i didnt want to exercise either,but once you put it into your daily routine,well to be honest you make time for it because you kinda feel a NEED to do it everyday..its addicting...like sugar USED to be :o

Well, here's a thought Phil, post a general post for all to see that explains how cool your idea is and that you started it in the Bear Den....maybe one of the ladies will start their own :) I can tell you honestly I never go into the girly girl board. I leave them to their privacy.
