Ten Lbs Gone!!!

Ten pounds down in barely three weeks! Can't wait to see my doctor next month to check my "numbers"      (I don't think I've ever been excited to see my "numbers"!)

Thank you all for the great recipes, my newest favorite is the amazing OMM. . .Delish!!!

Everyone on this forum is so inspiring, I'm grateful to be a part of the FTS family!

hey I just hit the ten pound mark myself  but I have been eating fts for two months. can anyone tell me if I need to revamp my meals to make my weigh loss as fast as  MimiMamas? or am I ok you think?

Best way to accomplish that would be to list everything you eat and drink daily on the forum so we can evaluate what your doing right and wrong  ;)
