People tell me all the time "I've been FAT all my life and I've tried everthing....will your program work for me?"  Below I've put together a small collection of my life snapshots :) My age ranges from 12-52, I've listed the ages of the shots below. As you'll see I too was FAT all my life.

Looks as if we had the same photo's throughout life, I have been big since I was a child, I was able to lose weight back in the mid 90's but have gained all and more back, I have purchased your Cook Book and can't wait to get started, Day 1 Oct. 5 2010 so my ticker update day will be Tuesday's.
 Reading the success stories in the forum is great inspiration, I look forward to adding to them soon.

Hi Dave, welcome to the family :) I remember when I was a 44-46 inch waist and you were a 32-34 at the same time. Now it's reversed, ain't that a gas :) Don't worry my friend we'll skinny you up again.....hey grab hold of Jamie and give her a kick in the butt to get back on track, maybe you guys can play together  ;) She LOVES her Doritos, chips, pasta, bread and cookies.

Jamie is back on track and has lost 24lbs, she's the one to get me off my butt, first week is going well, I was happy to see my local store had Walden products, Jamie is trying to convince me that tofu is really a food product, we will see.
 Wish us luck, as its myself and wifey Jodi giving it a go.
