Howdy Y'all,

     Buford here from the banks of the St. Johns River in Palatka, Florida.
I was low carbing in the beginning of 2011 at around 285 lbs you know
and wearing 46 belt and jeans ((Y'all know lbs. stands for (L)arge (B)utt (S)ize))

    I was looking up a new thing called Jicama and up pops good ole Doug'y
and as they say the rest is history two book downloads and hours of  videos
and I was hooked on the "Fat to Skinny Life Style". I wish I had stumbled here
sooner. Now it my time to return a little something to my friends here and other
places. I stumbled again over this here INFO website and Doug was dead on the
money about hidden sugar sources , go here fer yerself and see.

OBTW thanks to Doug and Fat to Skinny yesterday 205 lbs ok smaller butt size now.

Umpa, my girls R , Princess a 9 y/o "white with brown marking Peke and
MissyBelle a 7 y/o "Dark tan, Chicawawa (Chihuahua)" they're low carb
dogs now also, left overs R all low carb.

Doug the one thing this ole southern boy missed was his fried chicken and
you and crusted fried bacon rinds and Dixie ?? fixed that, in fact just finished
a couple of pieces and them there fake(But really good) mashed taters , of course
I added a shot of bacon droppings and a ton of butter to mine.

Thanks a bunch for all the good recipes and videos, one thing Doug
"Sugar" is Sug and "GAR" like the fish not "Sug-ga" just kidding. Heck
I laugh everytime I hear you say "Sugga" heckfire you should hear me say
y'all or howdy.
