This product works very well to make the crepes just wish they would come out with a bigger box size so it would last a bit longer for a family of 6. but I do love it for crepes but not, for waffles kinda stiff and cardboard like for me. But, thinned out as a crepe which Doug has a great recipe for in the book on pg. 171 they work better for than I think as a pancake or a waffle. My opinion is this product makes a better crepe.
