After looking for Victoria's Sauce mentioned by several folks here and not finding it at 8 stores, I went to Whole Foods. Although they didn't have Victoria's either, they did have Lucini Creamy Tomato Ricotta Sauce that also has only 2 net grams per 1/2 cup (carbs-6g; fiber-4g; sugars-<1g = 2 net carbs). This made-in-Italy sauce is pretty pricey - $8.50 for 20 oz, but it sure looks yummy! Will try the Monte Bene suace the next time I'm at WF.

What about the carbs in homemade sauce made from my husbands garden tomatoes?

Look at your ingredient list and add up the carbs.I think most people use too much sauce, when they are done eating the plate is covered. So if you measured it as you were eating adding more as needed I think you would be suprised how little you use ;)
