Low Carb Chocolate cupcake with raspberry chocolate icing

Cupcakes:
4 eggs
2 squares unsweetened bakers chocolate
1 1/2 c almond flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
5 tblsp xylitol or 15 drops FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener
1/4 c oil
1/4 cup heavy cream
torani sugar free chocolate syrup
beat eggs and sweetener together, while melting chocolate square
add rest of ingredients put in sprayed lined muffing pan bake @ 350 for about 24 minutes

Chocolate raspberry icing:
4oz. cream cheese
3/4 c heavy cream
5 tsp xylitol or 5 drops FAT TO SKINNY Sugar Free Sweetener
spoonful walden farm marshmallow dip
torani sugar chocolate and raspberry syrup to taste
mix top cooled muffins and yum!

really you could flavor the icing anything you wanted. Vanilla, peanut butter, chocolate mint, where ever the mood takes you. You could leave the chocolate squares out of the cupcakes lower the carb count by 4 and make them whatever flavor you wanted as well. I like to play with this recipe to suit my mood!

I made another batch but I dropped ALL of the chocolate out. I used Torani brown sugar and cinnamon in the batter and vanilla in the frosting. I have to say I think I might try this as a pancake batter because this batch tasted just like pancakes already buttered and syruped. lol. They were awesome.

I can of black soy beans one can el pato sauce some cumin chilli powder salt and pepper and a little onion and some hamburger!
