back to the drawing board..

hello doug and umpa..its been a few months..i got severely ill and withdrew from everything that helped me live a normal life..even weight related stuff..i need HELP..i have only put on just over a stone/14lb's ish....thank-you for still being alive to come back to..i need the basic's again so i'm going to re-read the book starting in the morning..its 2.45 am now so i'm going to sleep..i know you missed me and i will try and try again till i get were i should be..theres a song that goes 'i get knocked down, but i get up again, your never gonna keep me down'...that's how i feel....bevxx :o
