Sounds like a plan. Will chat to the girls and get them ALL on the band wagon. I'm sure with all four of us doing it we can give great support to one another. And maybe help other people to.

Hi Curtain Girl -- I agree with you about the black hole -- that is a very scary lonely place.  Good for you for picking up the book --  you knew what helped you before and are wise to return to that.....Not that it is easy (I'm going through detox myself -- and a newbie to FTS).   but you have made the two best steps to turning it around.
