Hi, Donna!  :)

I'm right here with you... I never left. :)
Been living the FTS lifestyle since August 2010.

There is not much activity here these days.
I can only hope most folks have moved on with their FTS lifestyles and are staying healthy.

Let me know if you need anything.

Me too.   Lived the lifestyle,  dropped the lifestyle.   Wallowed in depression.  Trying to drag myself up by the boot straps as they say.  Why do we do these things to ourselves?????   As you say "I know what to do"  ;D

First step will be clearing out the pantry and fridge.

Hi, morgan! :)

When shopping, look at high carb foods as the poison they are to us and don't buy them.
I've been doing that from the beginning. This has helped me stay on track.

Lifestyle Note... I will give in once and a while and have a hamburger (with bun) and potato fries or something else carby just to give in to a special craving. But I will NOT stock my home with high carb poisons. By doing this, it makes it easy to get back and stay on track so that my weight does not creep back (which it would). In other words, making access to high carb stuff more difficult makes it MUCH easier to find a substitute and forget about the urge and stay the course.

Take Care!  :)

I dropped the lifestyle due to a very depressing Christmas, no celebrating. Too many things went wrong with the house. Now plumbing main line is cleaned, new electrical breakers put in, washing machine working again and my dad now paying for the water and electric bill, I can breathe. My daughter Mary is 18 and working a lot good hours at a restaurant called Farmers Boys. She is not on ketogenic anymore because she no longer has a taste for low carb.  She supports me financially and I cook separate meals. I am not weighing myself, only feeling how my clothes fit at this time.
