Well, I re-read my FTS book.  I decided to try some of the products listed in there.  I have to say, I ordered the SweetLeaf Stevia with much apprehension, as I have not been the biggest fan of stevia.  Well, I'm sold now!  This is a great brand.  I also got the GG Scandinavia Bran Crispbread…another WIN!  So happy to be back here, starting over with FTS.

Food/sugar addiction is likely the toughest of all addictions to beat.
Unlike other addictions, we all have to eat.
We can't just quit!
We can't say; "Alright! I'm gonna stop eating!" without tempting serious consequences.

Like Umpa said, living the FTS way does not have to be a struggle.
This lifestyle allows us to eat far better than any other program I've ever seen.
We replace sugar with good food... We just need to commit to saying "NO!" to sugar!
