General Discussion / Constipation

Hey, it is me again, yes day 2 and already experiencing constipation, hard stools and bad cramping. See I was very much into fiber and veggies prior to starting. Can you advise me what too do (yes I am drinking plenty of water) and products that I could take (eating plenty of spinach) to help with this and not cause a rift and increase in carbs. Thanks a bunch!
