My first day

Good morning all, I have embarked on this new lifestyle change, I have read your book thoroughly and find that it embraces many aspects which I hope I can over come.  The sugar highs and lows, which I really have felt.  I am very enthausiatic and look forward to sharing my success.  Thanks for sharing your experience and offering it a reasonable price.  Suzanne

Hey Suzanne,  Hope you are having a good day.  I miss bread, but I missed my skim milk more.  On the FTS program, it is designed to find healthy replacement foods and not to deny yourself of foods you enjoy.  After comparing skim milk to Blue Almond Unsweetened Almond Milk (40 calories per cup/1 carb.), I have switched over to the unsweetened almond milk and actually enjoy drinking it.  I do add (most days) some Hershey's sugar free (carb free) chocolate syrup (plus ice cubes to make it really cold).   Hope you do well on the program!  Have a great day!
