Thanks Shihtzumom1 I will use that to order things I can't find, I got weighed this morning down 8 lbs now 70 more to go.

Thanks everyone 
I couldn't wait to start it so I lost 6 lbs in 6 days before my book came in on Friday.I have been telling everyone that would listen about it.Now I have to walk the walk to prove to them that it does work.I have learnt a lot just by joining this web sight,so thanks again I could use all the help I can get.I live in a small town west of Ottawa so have a hard time to find alot of low carb food.

Hi from Canada! I'm new just waiting on my book to come in from the book store.I found out about Doug's book when I was looking up GG crackers.I'm so glad I found it and can't wait to get started.I'm not very good on the computer yet so I hope this gets posted.
