Where are they available cheap? I've seen them at yard sales but did not know what to do with them. Now I wished I got one.

You can also find dehydrators at dollar stores, Goodwill, etc.. ;)
I broke my last one... I think it's time to replace it.

I'm into the second day of marinade, tomorrow I'll load up the dehydrator and 8 hours later yummy goodness  8)

I can't wait to make this. I need easy protein/fat snacks to bring to events and when Mary takes testing. In her 504 plan she allowed to test in small group and to have breaks with snacks (that I provide). Jerky would be a great snack.

Doug is putting his in the dehydrator today I love it ;) I keep dental floss in my purse though when I take jerky with me
