I made the chocolate cake today.  Put it in 8 cupcake papers and had enough left over to fill an 8 by 8 inch pan.  I embedded walnut halves in the flat one and it came out like dark cake-like brownies.  Yum!  I froze the cup cakes for another day.  I'll probably put the cream cheese frosting on those later on.  The brownies, I cut into 6 big pieces.  I now have a quick snack for the middle of the night.  LOL  It's an old habit of mine.  I did try to post pictures, but it tells me there isn't enough memory.  I have no idea what that means.

Doug says he will check on it,try again later   i am so glad you liked the recipe! I have a brownie recipe in the Bakery Book doug loves! They are made with Flaxseed.

Cathie, I had the same problem with pics.  Joagain helped me there.  You have to resize your pics.  If you haven't deleted them you call them up in paint and resize the image.  Thanks to Joagain you change the number 100 to 50 and save them.  Hope this helps.  If not, call Shawn, maybe she can walk you thru it.

Amazing looking cakes! I would go into business if I can make cakes like that.

 When I wrote the Bakery Book I wrote it so kids could cook the recipes,you can do it
