Title: Dropping off

I haven't been on here in a while because of work and just being busy.  But I'm still living the FTS way!  I'm down 39 lbs and I even started some light walking.  Walking around a mile and a half 3-4 days a week.  I'm loving it!! People at work are asking me about it and I'm turning their heads towards the FTS lifestyle.  I can't wait to see myself a year from now and see my life!

Hey, 39 pounds lost IS exciting! Isn't it fun to get comments when people start noticing?

Way to go Derkaderka!!  I love it when people want to know "HOW" you did it!  I could talk about FTS all day!  Here lately I have started carrying a "before" pic in my purse.  I have found that people who we see every day kind of forget just how BIG we used to be!  (Which is probably a good thing in my case!  ha ha)   Just this week I stopped by to see a neighbor I hadn't seen in a long time.  When she came to the door, she looked at me kind of hard and said, "Where did JAN go????"  ha ha  I hope "she" never comes back! ha ha
 
By the way, Scott,  that sure is a sharp looking new profile picture!  Congrats to YOU too!!
