Cheesy Bass n Squash Alfredo
Ingredients
2 yellow summer squash shredded
1 cup Rich and Creamy Alfredo Sauce from the FTS book
1 cup Jarlsburg cheese shredded
4 white fish filets
2 teaspoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
1- Mix the shredded yellow squash, Alfredo Sauce and cheese together in a bowl and separate into two servings
2- Place the servings into 2 individual baking dishes
3- Place the filets on top and gently press them into the mixture...flip the filets over
4- Salt and pepper the filets and top with butter
5- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the mixture is bubbly
