Crock Pot Chicken W/ Black Beans and Cream Cheese

Need this converted to low carb.... pretty please   :)

Crock Pot Chicken W/ Black Beans and Cream Cheese

5 boneless chicken breasts
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black beans
1 (15-ounce) can corn
1 (15-ounce) jar salsa, any kind
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese

Yield: Serves 4

Take 4-5 frozen, yes, frozen, boneless chicken breasts put into
crock pot.

Add 1 can of black beans, drained, 1 jar of salsa, 1 can of corn
drained.

Keep in crock pot on high for about 4-5 hours or until chicken
is cooked.

Add 1 package of cream cheese (just throw it on top!) and let
sit for about 1/2 hour.

All done and enjoy!

Very simple :) Replace the ingredients with the Yellow ingredients  ;)

Crock Pot Chicken W/ Black Beans and Cream Cheese

1 (15-ounce) can corn Minced Jicama
1 (15-ounce) jar salsa, any kind  place 8 plum tomatoes, 2-3 jalapeno peppers (leave seeds in for extra heat or remove for mild), a handful of fresh cilantro, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice in a food processor and chop
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese   Kraft Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese

Thank you. The fresh ingredients are in abundance at my local Mexican grocery store and farmers markets. In the next town over is a Clark's Nutrition Store (it's a large grocery store), where I can get soy black beans. In that same town is an entire vegetarian community with a market that carries specialty items.

This does sound good.  I have trouble finding the black soy beans locally but just order a case from Amazon (Prime shipping is free) and they are delivered right to my door LOL!
