Umpa's McBiscuits

Regarding the Umpa McBiscuits in the Bakery Book - Page 56  lists grated cheese in the ingredients, but never says what to do with it. I assume it is added with the milk and butter? That's what I did anyway.  I made the small drop biscuits and they are really good. :)

Yes downeast.Always report the typos so I can fix them.Believe it or not biscuits were one of the hardest recipes I did.I am from the south and biscuits are like fine wine! :D

Is there, or should there be, a separate thread for typos? That way we could report them to Umpa and each other without spreading them in various place around the forum?
