Is NOW the same as Bob"S almond meal ?

Do you use the NOW brand instead of the other because it is much lower in carbs ? Or is there a difference in them other then that ?

Now is 4 carbs a cup and i like the consistency better.It doesn't seem to dry out . ;)

Thanks Umpa I ordered some yesterday . I also ordered the Now cooco pawder it had less carbs also
