Accidental soup

15 oz. tomato sauce

2 Tblsp parsley

mix it all together and cook 20 - 30 mins til zucchini is done (and yes even the pickiest ones liked it)  not sure on carb levels tho sorry but i know its 6 - 8 servings

i had to leave them in the oven a bit longer to crisp them up a bit.  if u dont have a grindy thing you can always get a ziplock baggie and a meat mallet its what i do sometimes to make almond flour put some almonds in a baggie and close it tightly and take the mallet and smash the nuts

Beebs,
what do you put in your cream cheese icing?  I made this cake again and it was better than the first time actually  ;D and I actually added about 1 cup of sugar free choc chips to it and the kids decided that they wanted this cake for their birthday.  I did ice it with cream cheese icing but I made mine like this:
1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tblsp. splenda
and blended in about 1/4 cup of heavy cream
curious tho what your icing is made like?
