Ingredients

1 pound of pork cubed into your chosen size. I like Boston Butt or Country style rib meat.
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
12 drops FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener

Directions

1- Mix the sweetener, oil and soy sauce together.
2- Marinate the meat for an hour at room temperature.
3- Grill over high heat on skewers until cooked to your liking, I like medium rare.
4- Serve with veggies.

Hi, Stef! :)

If you want a lower carb (and healthier) alternative to soy sauce, try Bragg Liquid Aminos.
Its a liquid protein alternative to soy sauce.
In my opinion, it tastes better than regular soy sauce and MUCH less salty.

Many grocers carry it.
Read about it out here;

Really Tony? Is it salty? :)

It's a less salty than regular soy sauce and has almost half the sodium.
And it's 100% all natural (no additives).
But it imparts a nice soy sauce flavor used as a condiment or part of a recipe.

La Choy soy sauce has 1160mg sodium per 1 TBSP (387mg per TSP)
Bragg Liquid Aminos has 100mg per 1/2 TSP (200mg per TSP).
