Any thoughts on meatloaf?
I would need help with the breads . i allready know I would have to find sugar free ketchup and bbq saurce

 I know you asked Umpa put I wanted to tell you that I put some flax meal in mine  in place of the bread crumbs ,couldnt tell the difference

meat (hamb-turkey)Ground beef, ground turkey,ground chicken 1/2 pound each (could also use 1/2 pound sausage)
crackers(omit not needed)
ketchup(sugarfree)
onions 1/2 cup do not precook
bbq sauce(choose either bbq sauce or ketchup)
eggs(2 eggs)
one tablespoon favorite mustard(yellow,dijon)
 (sorry i dont measure
Mix all ingredients well.Do not put in a loaf pan ,line a baking sheet with foil and bake in oven.That way the excess juice is released and you don't need the crackers or bread to soak up the excess liquid.
Try this recipe if you like it let me know.If not I will give you another one. ;)

Waldens BBQ sauce is sugar free. I was wondering if you could add a little flax to the mix instead of crackers?

You really don't need flour,bread , or crackers.The eggs will hold it together ;) Just don't make it in a loaf pan or  it will be a soggy mess. ;)

I always make mine in a cast iron skillet. Gets crunchy round the edges that way. Yum!

I dont make them THAT big. The skillet is the size of a pizza pan lol.
