Usual breakfast:
2 egg omlet w/sausage, ground flax seed, cheese 5
2 cups of coffee 2
Lunch out:
hamburger w/cheddar cheese (no bun)
small bowl of broccoli & cauliflower 2
Dinner:
large salad w/chopped ham, mushrooms & sf creamy bacon dressing 2
Dessert:
sf jello w/wc 1
I drank lots of water (I'm afraid I will float away!! lol) and a couple caf. free diet cokes
Total net carbs - 12
