on jan 18th my weight was 373 in 3 weeks ive lost 20# without feeling deprived
the change was i started to eat at home and cook for myself instead of eating at moms
i just very happy

i ordered some carbquick i hope its good cause i do like my
pancakes and bisquits  im so excited i feel so good my
jeans are loose if 20# can do this i  wonder what the next 20#
will do?

I put  a recipe for 1 carb biscuits in the breakfast items they are pretty good and easy to make we put butter and SF honey on them .

We have Carbquick and made a pizza last night with pepperoni and green olives. It's my favorite combo and I've missed it since starting FTS. Nice to have a low-carb version every now and then. :)

thanks everyone for the recipes 
i will have to look at the recipe section
i got on the scale this morning (after i ate breakfast)
and mom told me what i weighed i thought she was lying
when im standing i cant see my feet so i go to moms to get weighted
i was able to zip my coat too!

Nitason1 I'm so happy for you as you begin your journey to a thinner you. I know you must have experienced a loss of hope at some point and I can see in your posts that you have now regained that hope. If you stay strong and continue moving forward that weight will just drop off a bit each day. 20 pounds is a good chunk off, think of a 20 pound turkey and imagine yourself carrying it around all day  :o ....that should give you an idea of the success you've already experienced.
