Now that I have taken my daughter off sugar, she is making a big impression on other girls her age who are overweight.

I think that is wonderful.No kid wants to be the fat kid.Kids are smart once you teach them they will make better food choices. ;)

I agree with that. My daughter chats with a boy her age who is very small for his age and very intelligent. He tries to eat healthy & stays away from sugar. She told him about low carb. He was very interested in it. nice to know that even a kid that does not need to lose weight still wants to eat healthy.

Kids want to be healthy but they only know what they are taught by parents and health class. We have gotten alot of books in schools and church groups.Kids are so smart.They may not follow the program 100% but they will make better food choices once they are educated ;) I truly believe that sugar is fertilizer for cancer ;)
