Title: Turkey Cutlets

1lb turkey cutlets pounded thin
1 egg beaten with water
salt & pepper
crushed pork rinds

Dip in egg wash then pork rinds
Bake on a cookie sheet that was sprayed with olive oil spray @ 350 degrees for about 20 minutes

Woebers horeseradish sauce to dip into (less than 1 carb per 2 tbsp)

I am getting some pork rinds tomorrow.  But I wouldn't tell the other half it's turkey and see what he has to say.

I rarely have plain chicken. There's so much you can do with it now that we are learning lots of healthy alternatives. I love to make it like chicken nuggets using milled flax seed/soy flour as a breading. That is my favorite!

i gotta tell you owensmath one of my favorite coatings i learned from my bass fishing buddy Richard.He makes a pecan encrusted trout that is unreal!He just uses ground or chopped pecans, it is amazing!!!

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm sounds so good......they sell a lot of pecan crusted trout up here in Murphy, NC, but I hate the skin being left on it, so I don't eat it! BUT, I'm thinking it would be good on other stuff, too!

Okay heres my tip for the day! It is good for other things.........Pecan pie crust!! Alittle egg some ground pecans, cinnamon and yum!!Good for cheesecake crust too!

I LOVE Turkey Cutlets plain or Parmesan. Simply prepare them as described then spread a tablespoon of low carb pasta sauce over the top, cover with mozzarella cheese and either cover the pan to melt or place under the broiler.

Turkey is a great lean protein source which we enjoy at our home often  8)
