I am new as of NOW!

Hi, I am a new user so be patient with me.  I just would like to comment on this way of life I have adopted.  I was about at the end of my rope with dieting, actually gave up for a long time until my brother told me about this Fat To Skinny Fast And Easy book.  So far I have lost at least 55 lbs. and am still going. This way has changed my life and I thank you Doug.   :)

Welcome to the forum Lori62 and congrats on your amazing weight loss.  I guess we don't have to tell you about how great FTS is, you already know, but you will find the people on the forum very friendly and helpful.  There are lots of great recipe ideas to make meals more fun.
