hellooooooo, bigjim is here.....just havent been on internet....i had 38 days straight and messed up one day. but am hangin in there...thanks for caring....am also realizing through trail & error that i was over 20 carbs on 10 or more days but as of today am keeping it under 20 grams a day now.....i want to start losing quicker, i lost some weight but i feel its not enough.......but am here.....love ya all & i am ready!!!!! ive been stressed from economy & am afriad on goin to lose my mthly disability check , so thats adding xtra stress in my life because i know w/ my weight i couldnt survive out there physically!!!!!! thats why i slipped w/ pizza on sunday because of stress from watching the news and the debt limit & the politicians talking abt taking social security away or cutting benefits!!!! well enough out of me & as u all well know am goin through a rough breakup w/ ex g/f & am living alone!!!! but am still on "FTS"!!!! love yas, bigjim

Also i cant post that often so just keep me in ur prayers.......am still on "FTS"!!!! sometimes ppl dont know whats goin on in other ppl's lives!!!! so please be positive abt me, am trying me hardest and want to suceed and lose my weight & yes i do have many issues besides the weight!!!! hugs, bigjim

well since my ex g/f moved out, its been stressful but am getting by...am more concerned abt the economy & today obama said they could stop social security checks in august & if that happens i wont be able to pay my rent, my bills and child support....so that stresses me out bigtime....other than that am doin good on "fts"!!! i took a urine analysis at doctors last week and he called me tonite and i wasnt home, am concerned abt that, so pray for me please!!!! hope all is well w/ everyone in fts....hugs, bigjim

At the risk of being banned, I'll say the following... Honesty must win out over political correctness or we're ALL doomed!!!!

Federal "default" by August 2nd is pure bologna (i.e. baloney)! It's political posturing in it's ugliest form.
They are trying to make you believe that the country's monetary "sky will fall" on August 2nd if the Republicans don't comply with their position.

Everyday, REAL money is coming into the Federal Treasury in the form of withholding (personal & corporate).
Today, only 6% of that money is currently needed to pay our national debt.

So don't worry about what Obama said.
There is more than enough money coming into the federal coffers every day to cover SS benefits and much, much more.

And know this Jim... My prayers are ALWAYS with you!

My Census Reply (at the risk of being banned)
In answer to the question, "Do you have any dependents?" I put:
12 million illegal immigrants, crackheads, unemployable bastards, the cast of the Jerry Springer Show, 130,000 people in our 133 penal establishments in CA, leftovers from Katrina, half of Mexico , some of the Congress, most of the Senate, and a Communist President!

hi doug, yes am doin better...thanks.....i bought a cold mat from walgrens in which i put under my head when sleeping, much cooler & i also take lunesta perscribed by my doctor last week.....no side effects from lunesta, but it takes a couple of hours after taking it for me to fall asleep, better than no sleep!!! thanks for the prayers!!! nite everyone

I'm also very happy for you, Jim! :) :) :)
Sleep is one of life's blessing we can easily take for granted.

Maybe if you took the lunesta a couple hours before bedtime, you wouldn't have to wait for it to kick in... Just a thought. ;)

Man for the last 5 days ive been on the toilet constantly w/ diarreah.......if it continues up to monday, i will need to call my doctor......i woke up this morning & sat on the pot for at least an hour straight.......i hope theres nothing serious wrong w/ me and its just a side effect of fts!!! but ive been on fts since june 1st, i had somedays that were over 20 carbs and i messed up only one day, last sunday i had pizza but ive been under 20 carbs a day eversince!!! i still cant get on scale because i was over 400 lbs when i started, but i had 2 fingers from my stomack to my steering wheel on my car and now i have 4 1/2 fingers between my stomack & steering wheel...am making progress slowly!!!! hugs, bigjim

Hi Jim! :)

When I was detoxing from sugar, I had constant bouts with the trots, stomach & intestinal cramps, etc. for about a week and a half.

The thing that saved me was Carbmaster low carb yogurt from Fred Meyer (Kroger) grocers.
I also understand the Danon also has a low carb version of their yogurt.
Look around for either one.

If you can't find either one, talk to your doc about OTC Immodium AD.
Although a chemical, it does seem to stop the trots well.

In any event, if you can steer clear from the high carbs long enough for your body to detox from sugar, you will feel a million bucks better than before you started.
Also, the diarrhea should completely stop as well.

Please get rid of any and all high carb poisons in your home.
And don't order any pizzas!!!

Jim unless you are eating excessive sugar alcohols its not the plan causing your issue.You  really need to commit to detox from sugar completely for two weeks.Clean all the sugar out of your system with no pizza breaks :)

Thanks for the info....i have been doin much better this week w/ under 20 carbs a day & yes i got abdominal pain too.......i will try my hardest to stay under 20 carbs a day, i just hope the abdominal pains and constant runs will stop, am losing weight from constantly bein in bathroom.......i will try the yogurt, what is the best because all we have is winn dixie, publix, sweetbay & walmart by me!!! :)
