General Discussion / partially hydrogenated soybean oil

about two years ago a lady told me NOT to eat anything thats "HYDROGENATED" because it clogs ur arteries and this ingredient causes heart attacks and i see some of the low carb products including peanut butter are hydrogenated & it definitely concerns me now....of course before i started FTS i didnt care but now i do!!! any help am this matter or suggestions??
