weight-loss tracker

I noticed lots of people had cute little weight loss[trackers that show up at the end of their post. I created one on the ticker website but I'm not sure how to insert it so that it shows up. I copied and pasted the link that it gave me into the signature box thinking that might work but it didn't. Can anyone help!

Not to be picky but I would prefer that it just shows my weight loss results as in lbs lost publically and not my actual weight. I've seen it set up like this on a few peoples. Could you help me do that.
