;D Hello people,hows every one doing tese days?Sorry i've been gone for a while but i've had a little set back and have been gone in and out of town for a while and have not been on the p.c. talking.I see the web sight has taking off and lot of pounds have been coming off,thats good.Dougs book is really helping and other people's recipes are looking so good i have to get in the kitchen and start trying some of them..Being out on the road has put some of the weight back on but not much,i'm back up to 305 and my A1c is still at 6.9 but now i'm home and for good I can get back to work and get back on track.Thanks for the book Doug,my mom has it now and I sent a copy to my brother,my youngest son now has diabetes and my oldest son goes in for tests next week for it so we need to change the whole family way of eating and thinking,living and exercise and staying with it and keeping up with you guys on here for help.Thanks for the supprot guys all of you out there!!!!The nobles family.

truck drivers don't have to be fat:) i am truckdriver and used to be fat:( still a truckdriver and now I'm skinny:)got to admit it though....there are a bunch of big fat truckdrivers out there:( Doug hit the truckstop circuit :) welcome back KW.... now lets work on getting you skinny!!!!
