Title: passed all blood tests and effects of Vit B6

Just got back from my annual physical and all my blood test results were normal... no more high chloresterol!  Also, my B6 level was on the high side of normal where it had been on the very low side before.  When I got home I looked it up online and found this,

"According to the Harvard School of Public Health, the body requires between 1.3 and 1.7 milligrams of vitamin B6 per day.  Intake should be kept below 100 milligrams per day to avoid adverse side effects. Eating more meat, which I didn't do before, may help prevent cancer... one more great 'side effect' of the FTS plan!!

It gets better.....SUGAR has been proved to be fertilizer for cancer. Removing SUGAR from your intake will also make you much less susceptible to the big "C"

You're on the right eating plan toddy44!  We all are... My mother is a breast cancer survivor only to have the chemo catapult her into Alzheimer's. I am glad I am on FTS!!!!

My mum is a breast cancer survivor as well. The Lord really had his hand on her because after her mastectomy she didnt even take chemo!

Cancer has taken so many of our loved ones.  I wonder how different that would be if the sugar hadn't been in the picture?
