Just wondering how often can I have them with out them stalling my weight loss. You know us hispanics have to have our beans.

Hi Momma chops I wouldn't think the soy beans would stall you if you are staying under the 20 net carbs, but I'm just guessing.  I do have them but not that often.   ;)  Maybe Doug and Umpa will chime in on this soon... you have me curious now..LOL

I don't eat them much, but I do like them -- both green and black. I have some of the green ones in the pod by Madame Edamame and they're about 8 net carbs per bag. I only eat 1/4 or 1/2 bag at a time though.

I mash up the black ones and put them in a LC tortilla with a little cheese. Not like my old Taco Bell bean burrito fix, but it works.

Chilly and Chili here tomorrow,

Gonna be in the 40's tonight and high 50's tomorrow.

I was in Jacksonville today for a round of shopping and stopped
by Costco for ground beef and then swung by Wholefoods on the way
back to US 17 for some Eden Organic Black Beans. Never used these
so it will be a new version of my chrome on the bumper-hitch
melting version of Palata Chili. Love the carb count on these babies
though, I am making enough for a few friends so if you here about
a outbreak of human flame throwers It's my fault.

Our Best to You and Yours,
Buford and the Girls (Girls will not come even close to this stuff)

Remember way back when the Western TV Rawhide , Wooster made pan
coffee , this way boil a pot of water, throw in coffee ,stir with spoon ,
if spoon doesn't float add more coffee,

My recipe for "Palatka Chili is, if it don't require a gulp of ice cold
beer (now diet beverage) after a spoon full , add more chili powder.

Really , I post it in the next day or so.

I'm going to have to work in this new Eden Soybeans first.

Our Best to You and yours,
Buford and the Girls
