The slim trim lavash, dinner rolls and low carb 7 grain bread carb #'s look good, but are they too good to be true?

Dinner Recipes / Turkey Cutlets

1lb turkey cutlets pounded thin
1 egg beaten with water
salt & pepper
crushed pork rinds

Dip in egg wash then pork rinds
Bake on a cookie sheet that was sprayed with olive oil spray @ 350 degrees for about 20 minutes

Woebers horeseradish sauce to dip into (less than 1 carb per 2 tbsp)

1 cup unsweetened vanilla flavor Almond Breeze-1 carb
1 tbsp Hersheys unsweetened chocolate- 1 carb
dash of salt
a few drops of vanilla

heat the almond milk and then pour it into the other ingredients
stir to blend well

add xylitol or your choice of sweetener to taste

General Questions / Almond milk

I am not a big milk drinker, but I bought some almond milk to use with the Smaps cereal.
I will never finish it before it goes bad..package says use within 7 days of opening.
I was thinking of freezing it in small portions , any thoughts on how it takes to freezing and thawing?

1 tsp cocoa powder =1 carb
1/2 tsp water
Blend these together then add
1/4 cup low fat ricotta =3 carbs
add sweetener of your choice to taste
microwave to warm

YUM!

Hi All,
I purchased the book about a month ago, but I have not yet gone full speed ahead with following it completely.
i have lost 5.5 lbs since the beginning of March and hope to lose about 40 more.My husband would like to lose about 25 lbs.
I have been eating egg beaters with onions, peppers, spinach and mushrooms most mornings, salads for lunch with chicken that I bake with salt and pepper,using oil and balsamic vinegar as the dressing for the salad.I just found the La tortilla factory tortillas, and am planning to order  gg crispbread this week. Dinners and late night snacks have been my downfall!
I was hoping that some of you would share your daily menu to help me and everyone else on here to succeed.
