I just read online that if you order a burger at Wendys without the bun it automatically comes wrapped in iceberg lettuce. Has anyone tried that yet? I know Carls Jr's does that but I haven't seen that offered on Wendy's menu???

All you have to do is request it. Be vocal with all waitstaff in all restaurants...you'll get what you want.

You were right Doug! I ordered it without a bun and asked that they wrap it in lettuce. The guy taking my order looked at me a little strange but when all was said and done it came all wrapped up like they do it everyday.   ;D

While traveling over the 4th of July, the Wendy's in TN put the hamburger in one small container and the lettuce, tomato and pickle in another.  Probably just depends on each location on how they fill the order.  I felt great knowing I was sticking to the FTS program while traveling!!!
