Hey Doug, Hope you are having a good day.  Umpa suggested that I ask you for your recipe using ice cream and tastykakes.  Would you please also include the carb count per serving?  Thanks!!!

Carb Counts too high for what your looking for. Your better choice for a birthday cake would be a cheese cake  8)
