Great idea Marty ;) I usually make my cheesecakes crustless.You never miss it.However if I do use a crust these days its my graham cracker crust made from flax in the Bakery Book ;)

If I dont have a cheesecake pan & can not afford to buy one can I use a foil pan or a cassorole dish 9x9 ?

You can try.This would make more than a 9x9 use a bigger pan.You could do a crust on the bottom and do like cookie bars. ;)
