16 OZ bag cauliflower (cooked in micro for about 6-7 minuites then cut into bite size )10
4oz cream cheese (soft) 5 I used the whipped that was 1 carb per serving check your carbs
2TBSP Heavy Cream
4 oz chedder cheesse shredded
salt and pepper
Topping
1 green onion 1
2-3 oz chedder cheese shredded
After you cook cauliflower drain cut into bite size while you are doing this put mixed soft cream cheese with Heavy cream then add 4 oz sredded cheese microwave just till shredded cheese melts .
Then add bitesize small peices and too cheese mixture add salt and pepper mix then pour into 1 1/2 quart dish . cut up green onion and and mix with the 2oz shredded cheese and sprinkle on top of mixture . Can leave off the onions if you want too .
Bake on 350 for 15-20 minuites till melted and brown on top very tastey !

I just added a pic to the recipe . Man I am going to have to make this again Tyler even liked it ,without the green onions of course .

Jo, do you microwave the cauli or microwave the heavy cream and cheese etc.? I'm not sure how to read the first part of the recipe?

I have to fix that on the recipe I meant after you have cooked the cauliflower in micro for about 7 minuites then mix cream cheese ,cream & Shredded cheese put in micro till shredded cheese is melted not to long . then mix with the cauli that you just cut into bitesize pieces .
