Dry Cereal or Trail Mix

I was hungry for dry cereal, but all the recipes I found called for flax seeds.  My husband and I get severe stomach cramps when we try to eat those, and I know we aren't the only ones.  So I came up with this recipe and it's good.

Dry Cereal or Trail Mix (1 serving)

2 tablespoons sliced almonds
2 tablespoons coarsely ground almonds
3 tablespoons pork rinds, coarsely chopped
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons maple or pancake syrup

Combine the dry ingredients, stir in the syrup. Spread thinly on a greased dinner plate. Microwave high about 3 minutes. Break into pieces. Eat like trail mix or like cereal with your choice of milk.
