I was wondering the same thing.  I had 2 soft tacos last night using the small shells, saved carbs up all day and boy was it worth it!  Best six grams I've ever had!  La Tortilla's are the bomb for taste too.  I used one today for a hotdog bun!

Sounds good! I sort of make a tuna melt in mine and heat it up in the microwave. Fortunately, they can be used in a lot of different ways. :)

You can freeze these thing but not for a long period . You must use it with in one or two weeks otherwise smell will come out from it  which will annoy you .
