Hello everyone, today the clicker will flip over and without ceremony announce over 4000 members here at the FAT TO SKINNY forum posting over 24,000 posts! Considering the forum is just a little over 1 year old this is an incredible testimony to people unselfishly helping other people.

I'm truly in awe of all the love and support the members give each other and I want to thank each of you for your participation in helping grow this wonderful database now being read worldwide. We feature so much great information for people who are in need of help and the best part is it's accurate and it's FREE.

I look forward to another great year ahead and thousands of new members from around the world!
