It may only be April but it sure feels like summer in Florida :o The heat is already hitting the 90's and when that happens I look for something cool and refreshing. Here's a great sugar free recipe which I use for both frozen treats and an ice cold drink.
Peach Smoothie
8 ounces of cold water
4 ounces of crushed ice
1 tube of Crystal Light "on the go" peach tea flavor
1 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream
Throw it all in the blender and hit the button, 30 seconds later you'll have a delightful carb free ice cold treat.
Peach-sicles
Double the recipe and fill your ice cube tray, place a heavy tooth pick into each cube and freeze or eliminate the toothpicks and freeze as cubes to add to your peach smoothie.
Other flavors such as raspberry and orange are wonderful as well. ;)
STAY COOL! ::)

Nice!!!. You know I wonder if they sell a peach emulsion and could you use that? A peach smoothie sounds heavenly!

If it every warms up out here in the Northwest, I'll remember these recipes.
