Doug/Umpa

Have either of you reviewed any of the products from this bakery?
The slim trim lavash, dinner rolls and low carb 7 grain bread carb #'s look good, but are they too good to be true?

This item is in the product guide. feel free to order away. Also the flax millet lavish is good for nachos.

I've met Sami and been to his bakery several times. Nice middle eastern man. The Slim Trim Lavash is the bread I ended up zeroing in on in the end.

Beebs, have you done a sugar test before and after the millet and flax? I'd be curious to know the results. Here's my take on all low carb breads on the market.

Make them the first to be removed from your intake if you plateau or start gaining and replace them with one of Umpas nut based breads or Katary's pork rind based breads.
